TISINA LTD.<\/strong> concluded contract No. BG05SFPR002-1.004-1133-C01<\/strong> for the award of a grant under procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 \u201eAdapted working environment\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The main objective <\/strong>The project aims to ensure a healthy and well-adapted working environment in TISINA Ltd. by implementing measures to reorganize work processes and workplaces in order to promote ecological thinking and resource efficiency, prevention and prevention of workplace stress and occupational burnout, reduce occupational accidents and occupational diseases, improve work environment factors to create healthy and safe working conditions, provide additional social benefits for employees. The project will create sustainable working conditions and improve the quality of workplaces in compliance with the norms and requirements of occupational safety and health legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main activities<\/strong> are the development and implementation of \u201egreen\u201c models of work organisation, the provision of psychological support to ensure the prevention and prevention of \u201eburnout\u201c in the workplace, the provision of personal protective equipment and special work clothing for employees; the provision of collective protection equipment corresponding to the risks identified in the enterprise, the provision of additional social benefits for employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The expected effect <\/strong>e achieving a work organization in TISINA Ltd. with a focus on environmental care and resource efficiency, directly engaging employees with the concept of the transition to a green economy and improving a healthy and safe working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
