Adapted Working Environment Project -2025

TISINA LTD. concluded contract No. BG05SFPR002-1.004-1133-C01 for the award of a grant under procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 „Adapted working environment“.

 The main objective The project aims to ensure a healthy and well-adapted working environment in TISINA Ltd. by implementing measures to reorganize work processes and workplaces in order to promote ecological thinking and resource efficiency, prevention and prevention of workplace stress and occupational burnout, reduce occupational accidents and occupational diseases, improve work environment factors to create healthy and safe working conditions, provide additional social benefits for employees. The project will create sustainable working conditions and improve the quality of workplaces in compliance with the norms and requirements of occupational safety and health legislation.

The main activities are the development and implementation of „green“ models of work organisation, the provision of psychological support to ensure the prevention and prevention of „burnout“ in the workplace, the provision of personal protective equipment and special work clothing for employees; the provision of collective protection equipment corresponding to the risks identified in the enterprise, the provision of additional social benefits for employees.

 The expected effect e achieving a work organization in TISINA Ltd. with a focus on environmental care and resource efficiency, directly engaging employees with the concept of the transition to a green economy and improving a healthy and safe working environment.

 Total value of the project: 200 076.78 BGN, of which 170 065.25 BGN. European funding from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) through the Human Resources Development Programme 2021-2027.

Support for small businesses with a turnover of over BGN 500,000 to overcome the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic

TISINA Ltd concluded a contract № BG16RFOP002-2.089-0302-C01 for the provision of financial grants under the procedure BG16RFOP002-2.089 "Support for small enterprises with a turnover of over BGN 500,000 to overcome the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic"

 The main goal  of the project is to provide operating capital for Bulgarian small businesses, which realized a turnover of over BGN 500,000 for 2019, to deal with the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The main activity of the project is overcoming the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic

 The expected results from the implementation of the project are expressed in the achievement of a positive effect on the beneficiary company for overcoming the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and stability of jobs.

 As a result of the implementation of the procedure, TISINA Ltd. is expected to continue its activities for at least 3 months after the completion of the project.

Total value of the project: BGN 50,000, of which BGN 50,000 European and BGN 0 national co-financing.
