Adapted Working Environment Project -2025

TISINA LTD. concluded contract No. BG05SFPR002-1.004-1133-C01 for the award of a grant under procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 „Adapted working environment“.

 The main objective The project aims to ensure a healthy and well-adapted working environment in TISINA Ltd. by implementing measures to reorganize work processes and workplaces in order to promote ecological thinking and resource efficiency, prevention and prevention of workplace stress and occupational burnout, reduce occupational accidents and occupational diseases, improve work environment factors to create healthy and safe working conditions, provide additional social benefits for employees. The project will create sustainable working conditions and improve the quality of workplaces in compliance with the norms and requirements of occupational safety and health legislation.

The main activities are the development and implementation of „green“ models of work organisation, the provision of psychological support to ensure the prevention and prevention of „burnout“ in the workplace, the provision of personal protective equipment and special work clothing for employees; the provision of collective protection equipment corresponding to the risks identified in the enterprise, the provision of additional social benefits for employees.

 The expected effect e achieving a work organization in TISINA Ltd. with a focus on environmental care and resource efficiency, directly engaging employees with the concept of the transition to a green economy and improving a healthy and safe working environment.

 Total value of the project: 200 076.78 BGN, of which 170 065.25 BGN. European funding from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) through the Human Resources Development Programme 2021-2027.

History

TISINA Ltd was founded in the beginning of 2001

The foundation of the foundry began in 2005 and the first details were produced on 18.02.2006. The details, mainly up to 150kg, are produced for the crane-building, machine-building and structure-building industries. As of 2006, details are also produced for equipments ensuring explosive-protected areas. Production is sold not only on the domestic market, but also on the European and World markets.

Castings are with very good workability and density as well as hardness of the metal base corresponding to the mark iron or steel. Castings are cleaned on particle-streaming equipment. As an additional service the company offers development of equipment using specifications provided by the customer as well as  the machining of parts and details.

As a sign for its organizational quality and productionmodernization, the company has been awarded the EU grants for successfully developing projects in Operational Program "Competitiveness" and Operational Program"Human Resource Development" -"Safe Work Environment".

 Eng. Nikolay Dyankov – manager and owner, has over 40 years of experience in mechanical engineering. He was the production director of Podem AD - the state-owned crane construction company, which became the largest on the Balkan Peninsula.

Support for small businesses with a turnover of over BGN 500,000 to overcome the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic

TISINA Ltd concluded a contract № BG16RFOP002-2.089-0302-C01 for the provision of financial grants under the procedure BG16RFOP002-2.089 "Support for small enterprises with a turnover of over BGN 500,000 to overcome the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic"

 The main goal  of the project is to provide operating capital for Bulgarian small businesses, which realized a turnover of over BGN 500,000 for 2019, to deal with the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The main activity of the project is overcoming the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic

 The expected results from the implementation of the project are expressed in the achievement of a positive effect on the beneficiary company for overcoming the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and stability of jobs.

 As a result of the implementation of the procedure, TISINA Ltd. is expected to continue its activities for at least 3 months after the completion of the project.

Total value of the project: BGN 50,000, of which BGN 50,000 European and BGN 0 national co-financing.

Productions

The casts are produced for the machine-building and structure-building industries, for the production of cranes as well as details ensuring explosive-protected areas. The production is mainly sold on the European and World markets.

Castings are with very good workability and density as well as hardness of the metal base corresponding to the mark iron or steel.

Post-productions details cleaned on a modern particle-streaming equipment that ensures high quality as well asanti-corrosion painting.

As an additional service the company offers development of equipment using specifications provided by the customer as well and offers the machining of produced detailsusing newly purchased Lathes.

TISINA Ltd. is authorized to work with waste from ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

The production list includes mainly:

- Manufacture of parts for normal, tropical and explosion-proof cranes;

- Castings of responsibility machine parts, agricultural machinery and general engineering.

- Body parts for machines;

- Castings for road construction, shafts, bars, etc.;

- Cast iron for heating devices / fireplaces and heaters / with solid fuel;

Who we are

“TISINA” Ltd. was established in 2001 with the main activity of trading in machinery and equipment, assemblies and parts for the wire industry.

In 2005 the construction of a foundry for ferrous metals began, with the first casting on 18. 02. 2006, parts and blanks up to 150 kg are cast, mainly for the wire and steel industry, mechanical engineering and construction. Since 2006, the casting of castings for the mechanical engineering and construction industry began, a large part of which is intended for the production of hoists and parts for explosion-proof environments, some of which are destined for the European and world market. Since 08.10.2012 TISINA Ltd. was transformed into TISINA Ltd.
